This class is for people wanting to exercise in the security of a chair. Perfect if you have balance issues or are recovering from an injury. Our classes can be adapted to all fitness levels and are also wonderful opportunity to enjoy the company of others.

Men’s Beginner Yoga – Community Series is a 6-week introductory course designed for men who are new to yoga or returning after a break. Focused on building strength, improving flexibility, stress management and learning foundational poses in a supportive environment.

In this two-day mental health first aid training you will increase your understanding of mental health and learn how to provide initial help and support to people who are struggling.This training is available to all Maroondah service provders.
