    The Maroondah Lift Project is a free, 10 week, in person wellbeing program for the Maroondah community. The series is facilitated by Each and runs weekly at Realm, Ringwood. Each session includes watching a Lift video together, joining in a group discussion, and taking part in a simple, guided wellbeing activity.
